In-House

Our in-house capabilities include 2-axis CNC lathes, live-tooling lathes, and 3-axis CNC mills. This allows us to produce a wide range of turned components while handling secondary milling features, cross holes, flats, slots, and other operations without unnecessarily moving work between suppliers.

CNC Turning

CNC turning is at the center of our operation. We produce precision shafts, bushings, adapters, spacers, fittings, threaded components, and other turned parts for both recurring production and new manufacturing requirements.

Live Tooling

Our live-tooling capabilities allow us to complete many secondary features directly on the lathe, including drilled holes, flats, slots, and other milled features. This reduces additional setups and helps improve consistency and lead time.

CNC Milling

Our 3-axis CNC milling capabilities support standalone milled components as well as secondary operations for turned parts.

Material Procurement

We can manage material sourcing as part of the job, helping customers simplify purchasing and reduce the number of suppliers they need to coordinate.

Outside Processing

When parts require additional processing, we coordinate qualified outside services such as heat treatment, plating, anodizing, grinding, passivation, coating, and other finishing operations.
