About

Manufacturing,
Reimagined.

Speed-Front was built on a simple idea: mature, high-volume parts should run in stable, dedicated production systems — not compete for attention in mixed-production environments.

01 — The Solution

Dedicated Production Cells

When a SKU is accepted, it is assigned to a permanently allocated production cell. Machines, tooling, programs, and processes remain locked in place to support stable, repeatable output.

This capacity is not shared across unrelated work and is not subject to daily scheduling tradeoffs. The cell exists to run a defined set of frozen SKUs under controlled conditions.

The result is production stability comparable to an internal line, without the burden of owning or managing the infrastructure.

  • Permanently allocated production cells for qualified SKUs
  • Frozen schedules with predictable, repeatable output
  • Process stability that drives consistent quality
  • No priority competition or expediting behavior
  • Capacity structured as long-term production infrastructure

02 — The Problem

The Structural Problem with Job Shops

Most job shops are designed to maximize flexibility. Capacity is shared across many customers, priorities shift daily, and production resources are constantly reallocated.

In this environment, mature production parts compete for machine time, operator attention, and schedule priority. The outcome is predictable: variable lead times, process drift, and ongoing operational friction for parts that should be routine.

We built Speed-Front to remove that friction entirely.

  • Shared capacity across unrelated work
  • Schedule priority shifts driven by variability
  • Process stability degrades under load
  • Expediting and re-quoting become routine
  • No permanent allocation of production resources

03 — Values

Our Principles

01

Dedication

Your cell, your production, your priority.

02

Consistency

Same quality, every time, no exceptions.

03

Transparency

Clear communication, honest timelines.

04

Partnership

We succeed when you succeed.
